2 turkey breast tenderloins (around 1 pound total)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or rosemary, sage, or Italian seasoning)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, to keep the meat moist during roasting)


Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


Pat the turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels. Rub them all over with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.


(Optional) Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloins for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.


If seared, transfer the skillet directly to the oven. If not, place the tenderloins in a baking dish with 1/4 cup chicken broth for added moisture.


Roast uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part.


Let the tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute and keep the turkey moist. Serve warm and enjoy!
