Simple Mac and Cheese

Ingredients You'll Need
1 stick butter
3 c uncooked elbow macaroni
4 c shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
4 c Milk
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter and pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Layer uncooked elbow macaroni, cheese and then pour milk evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
