Why I Love This Recipe

A quick, easy dessert that is great served warm with ice cream.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 stick butter or margarine
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 C. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can or 2 regular sized cans peaches, undrained (If using two cans of peaches, drain the juice from one can only)
1/4 - 1/2 C. cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

In a separate bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.

Pour on top of the melted butter - DO NOT MIX. Gently pour or place peaches, with juice, on top of flour mixture. Again, DO NOT MIX.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve warm.
