Simple summer salad dressing

Why I Love This Recipe
This dressing is simple and delicious! It is best if consumed at least the day after it is prepared. This tastes wonderful on a bed of fresh summer lettuce and veggies!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup splenda (or equal parts sugar and splenda)
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp grated onion
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
Directions
combine oil, vinegar, mustard, grated onion and stir in splenda slowly then add the poppyseeds and stir to combine all
place in a salad dressing bottle and enjoy immediately or the next day
this dressing is sugar free and full of healthy omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids
it has about 110 calories per tablespoon
