Simply Gorgeous Chocolate Brownie

Why I Love This Recipe
This is my most popular recipe. It makes rich, dark, squidgy brownies.
I use them as samples when we exhibit at Food Shows and they always go
down really well.
Ingredients You'll Need
100g Mortimer chocolate powder
125g butter
200g caster sugar
2 eggs
75g plain flour
Directions
1. Melt butter
2. Add chocolate powder and whisk until melted and glossy
3. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and sugar
4. Mix this into the chocolate
5. Sieve in the plain flour and beat until smooth
6. Pour mixture into a lined, 9 inch(23cm) square tin
7. Bake at 180 (degrees) C for 20minutes
8. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before
cutting into squares
