Simply Swiss Chard
Roughly chop a big bunch of swiss chard at 1-2 inch intervals. Melt some butter in a wide, heavy bottomed pan with lid. Add a clove of chopped garlic, and the chard. Put the lid on and allow to wilt for a few minutes. then add 1 cup of hot stock/broth, salt & pepper to taste. Replace lid and simmer for about 15 minutes until the chard is tender.
