Skeeter's Rice Bread

Why I Love This Recipe
I have had this recipe and throughout the years I have adapted it to our liking. I have used a bread machine since early in 1990. I have made bread by hand for many many more years before that. I started when I was about 10 years old and could barely knead the dough, but I baked or helped bake the bread for the family every week. This recipe is a heavy bread, but very good toasted or plain. It reminds me of an english muffin type bread.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup water
1 1/3 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups white flour
2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
Directions
Put ingredients in the bread machine as directed by the breadmachine maker
I put the liquid in first in mine, then add the dry ingredients
add the yeast last, making sure it doesn't touch the salt
Mix on regular cycle, bake in machine or take out and make into loaves
If you do not bake in machine, let loafs rise for about 45 minutes
Bake in 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes
