Why I Love This Recipe

These make wonderful dinner rolls and slider buns for sandwiches. We especially enjoy them with chicken, egg, ham, or tuna salads.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
4 eggs
1 t. salt
1-3 T. sugar
1 T. yeast
3 1/2 c. GGFG Baking Mix (or mix of your choice, check if your mix has zanthum gum before adding any more)_
1 T. zanthum gum


Preheat oven to 375 F. Microwave water on high for 2 ½ minutes, pour in mixer bowl and start mixer on low; add olive oil, eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Add yeast, mix . Turn off mixer and add Baking Mix and zanthum gum; stir by hand until moistened. Turn on mixer and beat well. Put batter into muffin pan lined with parchment paper, smooth top, slash with a knife. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, turn out onto wire rack to cool completely before storing in plastic bags. Freezes well.
