Slow Cooker 3 Envelope Pot Roast Sliders

Another crockpot meal for long days.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 3-4 lb. beef roast
1 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 envelope au jus mix
1 package King's Hawaiian rolls
Sliced Swiss cheese
Directions
Whisk together water, salsa, and all 3 envelope seasoning packets.
Place roast in crockpot.
Pour seasoning mixture over roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Shred beef in crockpot.
Serve on Hawaiian rolls with Swiss cheese.
