Slow Cooker Curried Chicken

Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 lbs boneless,skinless chicken thighs
1 onion chopped
3 potatoes, cubed
1 apple chopped
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 can (10 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups frozen peas,thawed
2 cups uncooked minute rice
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker or crock pot and top with onion.
Add potatoes, apples, curry powder, and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours(or on high for 5 hours). Stir in peas and rice and cook an additional 20 mins.
