Smoked Salmon & Caviar Crisp- Super easy!

Good recipe for parties because it is so easy and presents well!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 8 ounce container crÃƒÂ¨me fraÃƒÂ®che (or light garlic and herb spreadable cheese)
2 jars caviar
3 T chopped chives
1/2 cup chopped fennel bulb
3 t chopped green onions
2 t chopped fresh dill
1 t grated lemon juice
1 t black pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust of cookie sheets.
Pierce dough with fork and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 6-7 minutes.
Cool and top dough with remaining ingredients. Garnish with chives.
