Why I Love This Recipe
I love this recipe firstly because it contains kale but you don't taste it.
Secondly, it tastes like coffee which is a bonus.
And thirdly, its vegan and/or plant-based.
Ingredients You'll Need
Oatmeal 1 cup/234 g/166 cals
Instant coffee 3 tsp/3 g/10 cals
Cinnamon ground 1 tsp/2 g/6 cals
Nuts and seeds mix 10 g/10 g/52 cals
Kale 1 cup/67 g/23 cals
Jams 1 tbsp/20 g/56 cals
Vegan butter 1 tbsp/14 gram/100 cals
Coconut yogurt 1 serving/100 g/89 cals
Vanilla extract 1 tsp/4 g/12 cals
In a blender, add dry ingredients first. (Oatmeal; instant coffee; cinnamon ground; nuts and seeds mix)
In a cup, add the butter and melt it (microwave; stove top; over steaming bowl filled with boiling water)
Add vanilla extract to melted butter and mix.
Add 2 cups of water into the blender.
And then add butter mix into the blender.
Then add all remaining ingredients to the blender.
Blend for 2-4 minutes.
(Add toppings if you wish)
