"Raw Vegan Smoothie"

Why I Love This Recipe

Smoothies are a staple in a Raw Vegan lifestyle. I often throw ingredients into my blender randomly and hope for the best. After a few non-drinkable's I decided it's best to write down the ones I like and keep the information handy so I can make them again and again.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 ripe bananas - peeled
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup spinach ( 2 handfuls)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
3-4 cups of cold green tea (or water)


Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth

Pairs Well With

Your favorite tall glass and a glass straw
