Ingredients You'll Need
2 banana's peeled and frozen
1 ripe pear
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups of cold water
Directions
Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and consume immediately.
