Ingredients You'll Need
1-2 Frozen Banana's
Creamy part - any one or combination of
3 Tbsp raw cashews
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 - 1 ripe avocado
2 handfuls of
Greens any one or combination of
Spinach
Arugula - aka - rocket
Mixed greens including kale
1/2 - 1 cup Fruit - fresh or frozen
Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Cherries
Spices and super food powders
1 - 2 Tsp each or a mix of
Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Cacao, carob
Lucuma, camu berry, mesquite powder
Spirulina, blue majik, green powders
Protein powder
Extracts, vanilla, almond, orange, peppermint
Liquids 1 - 2 cups
cold water
cold green tea
Directions
Blend the ingredients you are using in a high speed blender until smooth.
