Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tbl Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Creme of Tartar
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Heat Oven to 375
Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, 1/12 cups of sugar and eggs.
Blend in flour, creme of tartar, soda, and salt.
Shape dough by rounding into balls.
Mix 2 tbl sugar and cinnamon, roll balls into mixture.
Place 2 inch. apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 min.
Immediatly remove from sheets.
Enjoy!
