Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cup Flour
2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Mix butter, sugar, and eggs thoroughly in a large bowl
*Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; add to butter mixture
*Chill dough until firm
*Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; Shape dough into small balls and roll in mixture
*Place on baking sheet and slightly flatten
*Bake 10 minutes or until just barely looking done
