1/2 cup cottage cheese

3 tbsp chocolate chips, divided

Directions
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup PBfit powdered peanut butter, and 2 tbsp maple syrup.
Use an immersion blender, or transfer to a blender/food processor, and blend until smooth and well-combined.
Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or bowls.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 tbsp of chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cottage cheese mixture.
Sprinkle a handful of roughly chopped peanuts and the remaining 1 tbsp of chocolate chips over the top as garnish.
Place the cups in the freezer for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
