4 c snow

Directions
in a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla; whisk until smooth
in a large bowl, pour condensed milk mixture over snow; stir to combine; freeze 30 min - 1 hour until almost solid; scoop into bowls and serve
