6 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
2 tsp minced garlic
4 potatoes, quartered
1 lb. carrots, whole
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Directions
In skillet, brown chops. Remove chops. Combine soup and milk in skillet; simmer while preparing vegetables. In crock pot, place onion, carrots, potatoes, garlic and chops. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover, cook on low 4-6 hours.
