Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs, flavorings and sour cream. Beat well. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir in. Add the coconut. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375. Makes about 3 dozen.
