Sour Cream Cookies
Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of my mom's recipes, and I have such fond memories of warming these on top of our wood burning stove
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/4 c sugar
3/4 c butter
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/2 t baking soda
3 1/4 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Directions
Cream sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla
Mix sour cream and baking soda together thoroughly, add to mixture
Sift remaining dry ingredients and slowly combine to mixture
Drop teaspoon sized dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
