Quick and easy for any meal.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes'
1 bunch of green onions chopped
Place unthawed potatoes in 8 x 12 pan . heat soup, margarine, cheese and sour cream until cheese is melted. Then add onions to mixture. Spoon over potatoes. Bake 325 for 30 to 45 minutes
