Ingredients You'll Need
6 egg whites
3/4 cup cream of tartar
2 cups sugar
2 cups Saltines
1 cup chopped pecans
2 t vanilla
2 pkgs Dream Whip
1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Add sugar gradually until mixture holds stiff peaks. Fold in Saltines (which have been broken into small pieces), pecans, and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.
Cool; add Dream Whip and blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
