1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped
2 16 ounce cans yams, drained
1 16 ounce can peach slices (save some liquid)
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter to coarse crumbs. Add pecans. Put into a 1 1/2 quart or 2 uart caserole. Layer yams, peaches and sugar mixture and marshmallows. Repeat layers ending with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
