Why I Love This Recipe
I got this recipe from my friend Susan Filgo.
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/2 cups Half & Half
1, 4-ounce can chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1, 2-1/4 ounce can ripe olives (I omit these because I don't like ripe olives)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Add cheeses to a 9" pie shell
3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper, cream, chilies, olives, and green onions and pour over cheeses
4. Bake 40-45 minutes.
