Ingredients You'll Need

- 3 tablespoons of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of dark molasses
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- A little of ginger dust
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 240 ml of water
- Sesame seed that can be added for own taste and it optional
- A pinch of white pepper ground
- A pinch of salt to taste


Add all the ingredients except the sesame must get into a pot and cook for medium hit and let reduce to half of what it looked at at the beginning.
Then we try the sauce and add the ingredients that must be lacking, like a bit more salt.

Once ready, let it rest for about 2 hours and add the sesame seed if desired.
Can be put in a freezer and even frozen. It must be 1-year fermentation before being used to make sure it works, once in a while we need to check and open it so the inside won't explode. After the year we drained it and put it on another container as its final.
Use it whenever you want when it's ready.
