Why I Love This Recipe

This was the recipe that I had made for my lab practical.

Ingredients You'll Need

Half of a small onion
1/2 Lb Ground Beef
3 cloves garlic
1 can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1 box of pasta


Add a bit of oil to the pan and cook down onions until translucent. Add the ground beef and break it down into small pieces. Once broken down add the garlic.

Add your tomato sauce, seasonings, sugar and stir till combined. Let simmer over low heat on the stove (20 minutes)

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta until al dente, strain and set aside.

Once the sauce is done combine with the pasta and serve
