a great new take on classic spaghetti
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb spaghetti
6 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 3/4 c grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Directions
bring large pot of slightly salted water to a boil; cook spaghetti until tender, scoop out some cooking water and reserve, take out spaghetti
heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and pepper; cook until fragrant; add spaghetti and pecorino romano cheese; ladle in reserved cooking water and stir until cheese is melted, make sure sauce coats all spaghetti and serve
