I got this wonderful spaghetti salad a la fromage recipe from a friend of mine. When she told me about this recipe I did a little nose-twisting. Well, determined to prove me wrong, she made it for me. She couldn’t have been more right. This is the most trouble-free, delectable spaghetti salad recipe I ever came across with barely any preparation time! It works wonders for picnics, get-togethers or even for a family dinner.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon basil
1 can Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, drained
# Cook the spaghetti in a pot according to the directions on the package.
# While the spaghetti is cooking, place the cheese, oil, garlic, salt, basil and diced tomatoes in a large bowl. Allow the ingredients to marinate while the spaghetti is cooking.
# Once the spaghetti is cooked, be sure to drain the spaghetti completely. Add the spaghetti into the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
# Toss and served while still hot
