Ingredients You'll Need
1 large Spaghetti squash
salt & pepper to taste
Slice the spaghetti squash and scoop out the seeds from the center. Lightly space a baking sheet and put them face down on the sheet and pop them in the oven at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Take them out and using a fork scrap away at the squash to produce the "spaghetti" transfer to bowl or plate to make room as you go. Leave it in longer towards the 40 minutes for a softer squash, 30 minutes comes out slightly al' dente. I made a meat sauce with this and the texture if right on for spaghetti!
