Ingredients You'll Need

150 gr (1/3 lb) of peanuts without shells
½ teaspoon of turmeric
200 grs (1/2 lb) of spaghetti
300 grs (2/3 lb) of filleted beef
100 grs (1/4lb) of ground bread
dash black pepper
pinch of cumin
500 grs water
2 laurel leaves
2 teaspoons of fresh chopped parsley

Spaghetti preparation
In a pot put the pasta with hot water add the laurel leaves, turmeric and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook it for around 15 minutes at mid fire, once the spaghettis are cooked, dry them.

Peanuts preparation
Soak the peanuts in warm water for 20 min, place the peanut in the blender.
Blend the peanuts until having them ground.
In a frying pan place a tablespoon of oil, once it is warm add the ground peanuts, then stir the peanuts for about 15 minutes until getting the peanuts cooked

Once having the previous preparation done mix the spaghetti and the peanuts in the pot and stir the spaghettis with the peanuts until having them mixed and cooked.
Note: the spaghetti should by dried before getting it mixed with the peanuts

Once having these mixed tenderized them.
In a frying pan put 2 spoons of oil, when having it on middle fire put the roast portions on it.
Move the roast until it is cooked and a little challenged.
