Ingredients You'll Need
Beef chuck roast or boneless chicken breasts
1 package taco seasoning
1-2 cups water (depending on the size of your crockpot)
Directions
Put a beef chuck roast or rump roast or a package of boneless chicken breasts (or thighs if you like dark meat) in the crock pot with a envelope/package of Taco Seasoning and a cup or two (depending on the size of your crockpot) of water.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours while you’re at work.
The meat will be tender enough to shred with 2 forks and use easily in soft tacos or fajitas or burritos.
