Ingredients You'll Need
1 small onion -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1 small red bell pepper -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 pound Italian turkey Sausage Links -- cut into 1" pieces
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into 1" pieces
14 ounces canned tomatoes -- undrained
6 ounces tomato paste
Directions
Spray inside of 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in
slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until sausages and
chicken are no longer pink in center.
Great with steamed rice. Rice not included in nutritional information.
