Ingredients You'll Need

1 pk Spanish rice, prepared per instructions on package, cooled
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
2 11-oz. mexicorn drained
1/2 cup finely chopped


Directions

Mix all ingredents. Toss with dressing and serve.


Dressing:


1 cup Thick salsa


1/2 cup sour cream


1/2 tsp salt


1/2 tsp cumin


1/2 tsp chili powder


1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Mix well and toss with salad.


Top with 1 package prepared chicken fajita meat.
