Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is so easy to make and it is healthy. I chose sprouted whole grain spelt because I can't handle wheat, but you can substitute the flour with any kind of your preference.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups of Sprouted Spelt Flour
1 cup of Pecan or Walnuts, chopped
2 cups of Maple Syrup
2 cups of Peanut Butter
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Measure all the dry ingredients in a bowl including the nuts
Blend all the liquid ingredients including the peanut butter
Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix well.
Scoop into a baking sheet with lined parchment paper
Bake 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes
Let it cool on the wire rack
