Why I Love This Recipe

This is a non sweet variety of this great dish.

Ingredients You'll Need

4 eggs
300 ml milk
2 fresh green chilis chopped finely
2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
75g grated cheese (mozzarella or Gouda)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
4 bread slices cut in half corner to corner

mais oil (corn oil) or any other oil for frying

Directions

mix the eggs with everything but the bread.

Soak the bread in the blend and fry in mais oil or any other oil

Serve right away

thanks for your response. As I said, it turned out very well when feeding four. All of those eating were fire breathers so we made it hotter with a sauce our son devised-he's worked with Martin Yan among others but is content now to build wonderful houses. lucas hess

what is mais oil? I've never heard that term before. I assume one of the nut oils or grapeseed oil would do but if this is an oil I should use I'd like to know about it. lucas hess
