"A Flavorful Fusion of Tender Meatballs and Tangy Chili-Infused Noodles"

Serves 1 | Prep Time 30min PT30M | Cook Time 24min PT54M | Asian

Why I Love This Recipe

Instructions:

Make the Meatballs:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Roll the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Prepare the Noodles:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper and snap peas (or green beans) and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss everything together to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly.

Make the Chili Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Adjust to taste.

Combine and Serve:

Toss the meatballs with the chili sauce until they are well coated.

Serve the meatballs over the noodles, drizzling with additional chili sauce if desired.

Garnish with extra chopped parsley or green onions if you like
