Spicy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients You'll Need
5 eggs
2 T milk
salt
pepper
1 t hot sauce
3 T shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 t fajita/taco seasoning
Directions
Mix well. Add to Med-Low heated, greased skillet. With a plastic whisk, constantly stir in the pan until cooked. Serves 2.
We eat breakfast every morning and usually it's eggs because they're easy, tasty, and I feel better if I eat protein in the morning, followed by a cup of tomato juice. My boyfriend likes everything spicy; you can also use the "fajita" or "Mexican" mix shredded cheese, they already have the seasoning on the cheese.
