Ingredients You'll Need
4 chicken thighs, deboned, cut into small dices (roughly 1/3 inch)
½ cup bacon, diced
3 cups cabbage, shredded
5 jalapenos, sliced
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried tarragon
2 tsp dried onion
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
(all dried ingredients can be replaced by fresh herbs if available)
Directions
Pan fry chicken and bacon until crispy
Add cabbage and jalapenos, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes
Add chili, herbs, onion, garlic salt and pepper to taste
