Spinach Artichoke Garlic Braid/Ring

Ingredients You'll Need
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach Thaw/Drain
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg White, Beaten
2 Tbsp Parmesan, Grated
Directions
Oven Temperature: 375°F
*Combine artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, peppers, mayo, garlic and mix well
*Make into ring or braid; brush top with egg white and parmesan
*Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
Recipe Tips:
*The inside part of the recipe is good as dip too
*Add chicken for variety
