Ingredients You'll Need
1 and 3/4 cup ph balanced water
1 banana
1 tbs coconut butter (I use artisana 100% raw organic)
2 cups baby spinach
.5 ounces fresh parsley
1 large organic apple cored and sliced but peel on
1 organic carrot peeled and chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1 cup organic blueberries
1 tbs chia seeds
1/2 tbs hemp seed
1/2 tbs ground flaxseed
Directions
First rinse the parsley and spinach in a strainer.
Place water, coconut butter, banana, spinach, parsley, blueberries and lemon juice in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Then add, carrot, apples and seeds.
Blend until smooth.
