Ingredients You'll Need
12 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach, squeezed very dry
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Mash together the yolks, mayonnaise, butter,sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
Then add the spinach.
Mix well.
Stir in the cooked crumbled bacon. Stuff the eggs and garnish with some chopped chives or parsley or paprika or any combination
