Spinach Salad Meal

Why I Love This Recipe
This salad can also be "built" in a jar and then poured over a bed of spinach greens.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 bag fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, stemmed and chopped
1/2 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 small can tuna in oil, drained and flaked
1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped very fine
1/2 small can black olives, chopped
Place vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil in a small jar and shake until well mixed.
Put all other ingredients in a bowl, pour dressing over them, and combine.
Serve and enjoy!
