Spinach Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
The flavors of fresh spinach with bacon, blue cheese, pears, and walnuts are so good. A real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients You'll Need
6 cups of baby spinach
3 pears, peeled, halved, and thinly sliced
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. walnuts (we serve on side because of family allergies)
½ c. mayo
1/3 c. sour cream
2-3 oz. crumbled blue cheese
Directions
In a small bowl combine sour cream and mayo. Stir in blue cheese. Season with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, set aside in fridge until serving. When ready to serve salad, place spinach in a salad bowl and top with pears, bacon, and walnuts. Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side.
