Why I Love This Recipe

I love entertaining and trying new recipes on friends and family. I made this pizza and sliced it in appetizer-size bites and it was a hit!

Ingredients You'll Need

8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
½ cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup of shredded or grated parmesan
2 garlic cloves minced or garlic powder
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ tsp. kosher salt
Ground black pepper
1 can of Pillsbury crescent dough
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes

Season with salt and pepper and fold until smooth

Remove crescent dough from can and lie flat on baking sheet

Spread the mixture on dough leaving about ½ inch for crust

In a small bowl beat egg and add a little water and brush crust with egg wash

Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted (20-30 minutes)

Take out oven, let set for 5 minutes before cutting into small squares
