Spinach dip my way!
Why I Love This Recipe
I am not a fan of creme cheese and most of the dips out there are loaded with it. I made this for my taste and it turned out great.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 block creme cheese ( lowfat/fat free works fine too)
1/2 c low fat sour creme
4 ounce can of water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 of small red bell pepper, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
Preheta oven to 400
if needed chop spinach up, add to bowl with everything except the cheese. Place in a 2 quart baking dish ( I actually use a deep dish pie plate) sprinkle with cheese and bake until bubbly and nicely browned.
Serve with pita chips
