I made this Salad for a potluck at work and a lot of my coworkers raved about it. It felt really good to get that kind of a response from a Salad
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 container of prewashed Baby Spinich
1/2 container of prewashed Baby Arugala
2 Tins of Mandarin Oranges (I drained them so the greens wouldn't be soggy)
1 Bag of Chow mein Noodles
Directions
Optional- your favourite roasted nut (slivered almonds or pine nuts are good)
Dressing
- Lemon Poppy Seed
- Rasberry Vinagrette (Low fat alternative)
Directions (Pretty Simple Eh....)
- Mix Ingredients together close to serving time
- Add dressing of Choice
