Stanford's Salinas Dip Clone

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup Canned Artichokes, Chopped
1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 lb Pepper Jack Cheese
1 lb Spinach, Cooked & Drained
2 cup Parmesan
Directions
*Combine first 6 ingredients and heat on medium; Add jack cheese and stir until melted; stir in spinach
*Let cool, then add parmesan
*Serve with crackers, chips, pita bread, bread cubes, and/or vegetable
