Steak & Mushrooms

Fast and easy and loaded with flavor. If you serve this to others they will think you slaved over this one.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 tsp. margarine
3 cups sliced mushrooms
8 TBSP. sliced shallots
1 cup dry red wine
1 cup fat-free Beef broth
4 steaks
salt and pepper
dash of thyme
Directions
Melt margarine in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions, cook 5 minutes then set aside in a small bowl.
Salt and pepper the meat, add to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Return mushroom mixture to heat, add 2 tsp. of cornstarch and a dash of thyme. Boil 1 minute and serve with steak.
